  • How do I place an order?

    Ordering with us is simple, first decide which designs, what sizes, and how many pieces you would like to order. Then submit this information along with your wholesale application Babbletees Wholesale Site if you don't already have an account with us via email to: wholesale@babbletees.com.
     
  • Do you work on consignment?

    The short answer is No, the long answer is maybe but only under particular circumstances. These circumstances are generally situations where you are buying a number of our shirts already but are "unsure" of a few designs. If we have the inventory on hand for these designs - in some rare cases we have provided those goods on consignment in combination with a wholesale order. Really though, you need to talk to us if this something you want to do. Being a long term customer if making this type of request also helps! 
     
  • What are your minimum order requirements?

    Our minimum short orders generally start at 72 pieces. Keep in mind that you can mix any combination of designs, styles, and sizes to reach that 72 piece minimum. If you are having difficulty putting together an order of that size please contact us to see if we can't work something out. 
     
  • What sizes do you carry?

    Unisex and Women's sizes are currently available in S-XXL (although women's XXL is not available in all colors). XXL shirts almost always come with a surcharge. 
     
  • What shirts do you print on?

    Our designs are available on generally any garment you choose as we have industry access to nearly every brand, but we print them by default on 100% Ring-spun Super-soft American-Made Cotton (Brand/Maker varies depending on stock levels). However if you have a specific garment request (such as alternative apparel, American Apparel, Anvil, Canvas, etc) we will be happy to discuss your request and generate pricing and lead times specific to your request. 
     
  • How many designs do I have to order?

    There are no minimum orders per design. This means that you have the ability to mix/match designs, sizes, and genders when placing your order. You can order one of each shirt, or 1000! 
     
  • Can you substitute designs on different colored garments?

    Color substitution is available with nearly all of our designs within certain parameters. After receiving a custom request we will evaluate the feasibility (and overall aesthetic!) of the color customization requested. Please be aware that additional order minimums per custom color request may apply. 
     
  • Can I mix genders/youth/toddler designs in a single order?

    As long as you meet our minimum order requirements, you can mix/match any combination, size, color, or gender of shirts. 
     
  • How will my order ship?

    Wholesale orders are shipped by your preference (UPS, Fedex, DHL) or via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has shipped. Insurance is mandatory on all wholesale orders for the full retail amount. For additional protection all shirts are plastic bagged to protect from moisture and strange smells that they may come in contact with during transit. Please be aware that international orders are subject to all tariffs/customs costs to which the purchaser is 100% responsible for. Due to varying rates per country, our invoices and cost estimates do not reflect these charges. 
     
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    For orders not requiring garment or color substitutions, delivery time from receipt of payment and your order is typically anywhere from 2-4 weeks. When your order is placed we will give you a "best estimate" based on current inventory levels and blank goods availability. Of course these are guidelines only - in some cases you may get your order sooner and in some cases it may even be later (although that rarely happens). Regardless - we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order so you know *exactly* when to expect it at your doorstep. 
     
  • What if there is a problem with my order?

    While we do our best to make sure that this rarely happens, we ask that you inventory/inspect all merchandise upon arrival to make sure that everything is safe and sound (and as expected!). If you are missing a garment or discover a defect - please contact us immediately at wholesale@babbletees.com.
     
  • Will you print my custom design?

    For our valued wholesale customers we can print additional customized artwork as part of a wholesale order. Please be aware that minimum orders for custom design requests begin at 144 pieces. Please contact wholesale@babbletees.com for terms, pricing, and conditions.
